- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- Milk (to thin batter, if necessary)
Mix the ingredients in medium-large mixing bowl. Expect the batter to be thick and creamy. Cook on a large skillet as you would normal pancakes.

2 apples (cored and sliced)

- 1 sweet potato

Peel sweet potato and cut into strips (julienne style).

Spread strings evenly on a cookie sheet and place in oven. Turn every 10 minutes until crispy (about 30 minutes). Store in Ziploc bag for freshness.

- Salt (to taste)
Combine cream cheese and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Mix using an electric mixer on medium speed (until smooth).
Add pumpkin and seasonings while mixing. Add yogurt on low speed until blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve with fresh apple slices for dipping.
